Jodha takes the clothes and burns it, MA warns and takes the half burnt cloth to Jalal.Jalal is furious to see it, MA puts oil in fire, even Sharif tags along in their advice of waging a war against Amer. Jalal says that even if we do it, history will remember the valour of Rajputs and will forget Mughals hence we will give the reply to their folly at the proper time. Rajputs will never go back on their word hence Jodha will get married to him and once she is in Agra, we will crush her pride.
Jodha prays in front of Kanhaji, asks him where is he ,when he was present during Draupadi cheerharan , then why cant he help her out in her times of crisis. Bharmal comes and gives her poison to consume,and rest of the people will fight war for Amer and sacrifice life in Jauhar. Bharmal puts sense into Jodha, shows her mirror, crushes her larger than life EGO(many Rajputs also have many wives, how is Jalal different from them) and puts a stop to her rant of "Jalal ka sar".
Menavati tells Bharmal that Jodha is ready for marriage. Jalal gets a message to come with the baraat and Jalal is extremely happy thinking that now he has won AMER in the true sense.
MA and AK are happy to know differences between Jalal and Jodha and rejoice that they will loot Amer but Salma informs that Jodha is ready for wedding. MA is shocked and angry.
Moti apologises that she dint tell her truth earlier about Jalal. Moti says that there is no way out, hence everyone's hands are tied, Jodha says she has something running in her mind which will dissuade Jalal to get married.
Dadi tells Bhagwan das that mandap should be beautifully decorated, all are busy in supervising the arrangements for the guests. Jodha requests Bharmal that she wants to talk to Jalal before marriage, she tells that she wont let Amer and Jalal down.
Jalal comes to know that Bhagwan Das has come to meet him, BDas undergoes security check and is surprised. BDas tells that Jodha has requested to talk to Jalal before marriage. Jalal says that its against the traditions , BDas tells that they will talk in front of all the family members. B Das refuses to have water but sits and talks.
Jalal and Jodha come and sit opposite each other with a curtain in front of them. Jalal asks Jodha, what is it she wanted to talk. Jodha puts two conditions--she wont convert her religion, her god, Kanha will accompany her to Agra and construct mandir in Agra. Jalal, gets up in anger, sizes her up and then tells her that her conditions are very big but not big enough which Hindustan ka shehenshah wont comply. Jodha is surprised, Jalal says that he agrees to her conditions. He greets everyone, Jalal smirks and Jodha is in tears. BDas, Bharmal and all are praising Jodha, Menavati praises Jalal too . Everyone leaves telling her that she has WON. Jodha is in tears and tells Moti that she has LOST everything. Moti tells her that she will accompany her to Agra.
MA is furious at Jalal's behaviour. Jalal tries to explain how he has won this battle from Jodha(this was the BEST SCENE, please watch it). How he behaved like a king and Jodha sharts reduced to bheekh. She wanted him to back out from marriage but he showed her the place and has proven who is the king. MA tries to tell him about law and he says he is the king and whatever he says is the LAW.
Dadi is overlooking the preparations in the kitchen when she spots Sujamal, asks him to leave, Sujamal gets emotional and begs her so that he is present during Jodha's marriage ceremony. Sukanya(Jodha's sister) puts mehendi on Jodha's hand and both share nostalgic moments of their childhood days. All the ladies sing and dance and get Jodha also so that she smiles.Menavati praises Jodha that they will always be indebted to her and sings a couplet for Jodha and they all get teary eyed.
Precap--Jalal and Jodha get ready for marriage, priest asks Jodha to put her hand on Jalal, she almost puts it but again withdraws. Jalal is angry.
